This time of year can get crazy busy, is there anything you do for yourself when things get a bit hectic?

Prioritising ‘me’ time is so important. It’s a chance to step back from the chaos and refocus. It can often bring the perspective you need. A Pilates class is my go too. Moving my body but also giving my mind the chance to rest and slow down. (Emma)

What piece of advice would you give to someone trying to identify their style?

Always come back to ‘am I my most comfortable?’ (Emma)

Do you have any Christmas traditions that you look forward to?

We always open a small gift on Christmas Eve as a family. Also, this year we are starting the tradition of sleeping under the Christmas tree with the kids with all our mattresses pushed together. I can not wait! Beautiful chaos it will be. (Abby)
